I'm slightly horrified at the lack of proper grammar and spelling that's flying around these days, even in Honors English classes. Seriously, folks, don't you ever read a work of literature?? Yes, there is a difference between "there", "their", and "they're". No, "illicit" is not the same as "elicit". In fact, they are different parts of speech. You can whine about how it doesn't make sense, but it won't change the rules. Sorry to shatter your little bubble of blogdom. Actually, I'm not. I rather enjoy it. Mwaha.
