    Couldn't ask for a better day, two by two

    Salutations. Right now my legs hurt because I ran six miles at XC practice today. Ouch. I just got back from HS Retreat yesterday, which was incredible. I've never seen anyone play chords on a bass guitar before. Yay for Ricky Shimono. The speaker was Jeremy Johnson, a funny and engaging speaker who had some great ideas. Mix that up with the monumental talent show and plenty of wandering around the campus, and you get 24 hours of sweetness that is unrivalled throughout the school year. Lately I've been listening to the albums Echo Echo by Carbon Leaf and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb by U2, both wonderful. I've run out of things to say, so maybe I'll just start ranting. I wonder what dogs think about. Maybe they're planning to take over the world with their subversive devotion. Maybe they just like our food, so they can't afford to dispose of us yet. Frightening theories going on here, people. Lock your doors! Hide your food! Block that doggy door! The hounds are coming! Bleh, er, say, no, uh, yeah...
